We are part of the South Gwynedd Foodbank, headquarters of which is in Barmouth.
The Foodbank is open at
40 High Street, Tywyn during normal Shop opening hours.

CRISIS BY TRUSSELL TRUST
FOOD BANKS
The Trussell Trust is a nationwide network of Foodbanks and through this people are provided with emergency food and support.
Here in Tywyn we are part of the South Gwynedd Foodbank which gives support to families and individuals who are in crisis. The Foodbank enjoys the support of Churches in Tywyn including Tywyn Baptist Church
We also receive donations of food and finance and are part of a local team which helps to deliver the food and finance to the Foodbank headquarters in Barmouth.
The Trussell Trust is aiming to create a UK without the need for Foodbanks but in the meantime a local team from in and around the Tywyn area work together to bring support and help to those in need.
